Good to know before you book.

Three nights minimum outside peak season, rising to seven nights between the first of July and the end of August. Stays longer than one month can be arranged directly — get in touch for a monthly rate.

Full refund of the deposit if cancelled at least 14 days before check-in. Inside 14 days, the deposit is non-refundable but can be credited toward a future stay within 12 months, subject to availability.

One well-behaved dog is welcome for a €25 flat fee. Please keep pets off the furniture and out of the bedrooms. Additional pets by prior arrangement only.

A €300 deposit is authorised on your card at booking and released automatically within five working days of check-out, provided the house is left in good order.

Check-in from 4:00pm, self-service with a keysafe code sent the morning of arrival. Check-out by 10:00am. Early or late arrangements can sometimes be made — just ask.

No smoking indoors, no events or parties, and a maximum of six guests. Quiet hours after 11pm out of consideration for neighbours on the road.
